Shalehaven Partners Energy & Asset Management LLC (“Shalehaven”) is a boutique alternative investment group based in Dallas, Texas.

Established in 2024, the Co-Founders identified a fundamental flaw in the energy investment space: Structural misalignment between investors and managers. Within the sphere of tax-advantaged offerings, standard funds and investment opportunities are routinely formed to enrich management and broker-dealers through heavy, front-loaded fees before a single dollar of investor capital is ever deployed. Furthermore, capital is often placed into projects lacking transparency and/or a risk-conscious strategy.

Shalehaven set out to do things differently.

Utilizing almost 50 years of credentialed academic and professional energy experience, the Co-Founders engineered an investor-first vehicle seeking above-market, risk-adjusted returns. By investing fractionally alongside established operators, Shalehaven leverages the technical payrolls, expertise, and man hours of the operators to reduce fee drag for Shalehaven investors. The low-fee structure facilitates more capital being invested, translating to higher potential deductions and returns compared to others.

Now with an established track record and managing its third fund, Shalehaven has evolvedinto an industry benchmark.

Our mission at Shalehaven is to build long-term relationships with our investor partners by delivering significant annual tax savings and achieving above-market returns through the investment in proven, drill-ready, non-operated oil and gas projects.
