Graham Patterson

Graham is a Co-Founder and the CIO bringing over 20 years of experience in the natural resources & energy sector.  He started his career at Antero Resources as an FP&A analyst with first exposure to upstream, unconventional shale operations.  He then spent much of his career working for Scotiabank in London and New York raising capital for businesses in the mining, metals, upstream, midstream, renewable and conventional power spaces.  During that time Graham structured a variety of complicated assets throughout North America, Europe, Africa and LatAm.

Following his experience in London, Graham held a variety of fractional finance roles in a variety of industries.  His client list included companies backed by Encap Investments, Quantum Energy Partners and Old Ironsides Energy.  Graham’s focus was providing Boards of Directors strategic financial alternatives in various economic cycles.  He also advised various family offices on non-operated hydrocarbon acquisitions – some of which were executed in 2020 at the low point of the latest commodity cycle.

Graham is a CFA Charterholder and has a Masters in Finance from the University of Denver. He holds dual US / UK citizenship and is an avid skier and golfer.
